Hardware Returns:

Defective hardware may be returned for repair or exchange at Blaze Audio's discretion during the 30 days following the date it is shipped. Shipping charges cannot be refunded and return shipping is at the customer's expense. If you are having problems with your hardware, please email us at support@blazeaudio.com with a detailed description of the problem, and our support staff will help you determine whether the equipment is faulty or not. If you return hardware and we determine that it is not faulty, we will not issue a refund, so please make every effort to work with us to resolve problems!

If you want to return a faulty hardware item you purchased from Blaze Audio contact us at support@blazeaudio.com with your order ID. We will provide a return authorization number that must be included with your return. The repair or exchange will be made after we receive your hardware and all packing materials in new condition and after we have determined that the equipment is faulty. No repair or exchange will be made if hardware and packing are not received by Blaze Audio in new condition. Remember the equipment is delicate-pack it accordingly! We do not issue refunds on hardware, only replacement in case of defects.

You must obtain a return authorization number from us before shipping hardware back. Any hardware returned without the RMA number on the outside of the shipping box or envelope will be refused and returned to the sender.
