Hardware Products: Defective hardware may be returned for repair or exchange at Blaze Audio's discretion during the 30 days following the date it is shipped. Shipping charges cannot be refunded and return shipping is at the customer's expense. See information about returning hardware at Hardware Returns.

The guarantee commences from the date of product shipment, whether hard copy or digital. No refund will be granted after this 30 day period has elapsed.
