Product guarantee
Blaze Audio stands behind its products and offers a full 30 day guarantee on all software purchases (except Sound Effects Sets 1 and 2 when purchased separately). Should you be unsatisfied with Blaze Audio software for any reason, you are entitled to a full refund or replacement within this 30 day period.
The guarantee commences from the date of product shipment, whether hard copy or digital. No refund will be granted after this 30 day period has elapsed.
- Returning Software - Digital copy
In order to receive your refund, please send an e-mail to support@blazeaudio.com.
Be sure to include the following information in your correspondence:
- Your name and your online Order ID in subject line and in body of your mail
- The product(s) you would like to return
- Reason for your return
- Whether you would like a refund or replacement.
After receiving your request we will review it and reply with
additional instructions. If you are seeking a refund you may be asked to run through
the following steps before being granted a credit to your account.

- The nature of the problem along with exact text of the error message (if any).
- Running an Audio Tester on your system - running this utility on your system assures that the software is installed and configured properly. In some instances customers requesting refunds mistakenly believe the software will not work on their system. Our support staff will work with you to determine if this resolves your issues.
- Whether you would like a refund or replacement. If you desire a refund we will have you fill out a statement certifying that you have destroyed all copies of the software you are returning. By completing the statement, you are certifying that you have removed the program from your hard drive and any other mediums where it may have been stored. Once everything is completed and verified, we will issue your refund or replacement.
Please note that a customer will be granted one moneyback. No repeat moneybacks are allowed as a safeguard against fraudulent practices.Individual products purchased within a suite of software cannot be refunded from a suite.
Example: A refund will not be granted for one product and compensated against the full suite from within a suite of five products.
- Returning Software Purchased on a CD:
If you received a CD from Blaze Audio with your software it must be returned to the address given below before your refund will be processed. Please include your order ID on the outside of the package. Shipping charges cannot be refunded and return shipping is at the customer's expense. In addition, you will run through the steps as stated above and must fill out a Certificate of Destruction. Contact support@blazeaudio.com for more information.

Credit Card Security
Blaze Audio processes credit card transactions securely with the Verisign authentication server. We do NOT keep a copy of your credit card number. We verify all orders with the issuing bank. If there are questions about the address you enter, there may be a delay in shipment.
Shipping and Handling, and Applicable Taxes
If you are unable to download software that you have purchased from us, or if you prefer to receive your software in the mail, we will ship it to you on a CD for an additional US $10.00 S&H ($14.00 Canada, $20.00 outside the US).

Blaze Audio is based in Washington State and sales tax will be added at the current rate to all sales within the state.
Privacy Policy
We respect your privacy! Any and all information collected at this site will be kept strictly confidential.
- Disclosure of Information to Third Parties: Under no circumstances will we provide any individual information on any customer or visitor to our site to anyone outside of our company.
- Bulk E-Mail: From time to time, Blaze Audio may send out information relating to product upgrades and special offers. If you receive one of these messages and wish to be removed from our mailing list, simply follow the instructions at the bottom of the message.
- Mailing List: We do maintain a mailing list of people who have ordered from us in the past or who have indicated an interest in our products. We do not sell, rent, loan, trade, or lease the addresses on our list to anyone. If you do not want to be on this list please send a message to support@blazeaudio.com with the word "Remove" as the subject.
- Cookies: We use cookies in our software store, so that we may track which items you have placed in your shopping cart and if you are using a discount code. If you have your browser set to refuse cookies, you may still purchase software from our store without a cart. We also may use cookies if you were directed to our site by one of our affiliates -- this allows us to give appropriate compensation to our partner companies. Again, you may still use our site if your browser is set with cookies disabled.
- Visitor Statistics Collected by the Website: We record general visitor statistics in order to improve our website and its content. These logs do not identify you individually, and we will make no attempt to identify individuals who visit our site.
